Estimado Sr. Albi, efectivamente hemos revisado el texto y hay un error de tipeo: no es 1959 sino 1859, tal como dice en el título y en en resto del artículo. Le agradecemos de todos modos la observación.

Señores: Por medio de la presente me dirijo a Usted muy respetuosamente, para informarle que hace como una semana mi tia, en la ciudad de Maracay me encontro mi pequeño albúm de estampillas de “Bolivar” el cual lo dada por perdido desde el año 1958 ó 1959. Imaginense Usted que alegria y emoción senti después de más de cincuenta años desaparecido.Seguramente me faltarán algunas estampillas; el precio de compra lo tengo anotado en “francos suizos.”
Igualmente quiero hacer una pequeña “Observación” con todo respeto, pues al principio de está pag está escrito:

La primera serie de estampillas de Venezuela fue emitida en 1959. Consta de tres valores: etc, etc. Humildemente creo que hay un error en la fecha.
Cuando vaya a Caracas, los ire a visitar, aunque llamare antes.
Y Felicidades por tan bella pagina de cultura y enseñanzas para todas las edades.

In reality all the articles are truncated on the right. Maybe you could put a ‘close’ button in the right frame (or something similar) so one might be able to read any article.

Your name sounds very familiar to me but now I have two kids so my brain is almost fried these days! :)

You are a collector of Venezuela locals and vignettes, right? Uhmm… I know for sure that we have crossed lines in the past but not sure about what.. Sorry!

I am writing in English as it is easier for me. I am trying to read the blog “Falsificaciones de Venezuela (1ra Emisión 1859-1861)”. On the website the blog is truncated on the right by the information frame. Is there some way to read the blog as written (no truncation)?
